Bell Ringing – We are blessed with a peal of eight bells and a large tower and comfortable ringing chamber. In fact, St Martin’s is a popular destination for ringers from all over the country. The bells are rung before some services (especially on a Sunday evening) and at weddings and other special occasions. There is a regular practice session on a Wednesday evening at 7.00 pm when anyone can come to learn or to ring. We welcome experienced ringers and those who have never pulled a rope in their lives before.
